Internship Position | Pastry Trainee
Department: Kitchen
Location: Greece (Halkidiki, Corfu, Kos or Crete island) & Spain (Marbella & Mallorca)
Duration: 3 – 6 months (between March – November)
Your Main Responsibilities
· Assist in preparing pastry ingredients, including measuring, mixing, and portioning.
· Support in baking, decorating, and presenting pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.
· Follow all kitchen and pastry hygiene, safety, and operational procedures.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized pastry workstation.
· Uphold high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance.
